Experience: 18+ years Born in Ecuador’s central Andes, Marcelo moved to Quito at age 18 to earn a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. While studying, he began working as a licensed national tour guide, leading small groups across mainland Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. He later gained hands-on experience in logistics and operations for Galapagos cruises and land-based programs, giving him a deep understanding of how trips work behind the scenes.
Having traveled to more than 30 countries, Marcelo now designs expertly planned, tailor-made journeys rooted in local knowledge and a clear understanding of what international travelers value most.

Evelyn – Sales Manager
Experience: 15+ years Born and raised in Quito’s historic Old Town, Evelyn developed an early connection to Ecuador’s culture and heritage. She studied Journalism while leading medical aid groups across the country, an experience that sparked her passion for travel and meaningful human connection.
With 18 years of experience in tourism, Evelyn has explored remote regions from the Andes to the Galapagos Islands and traveled extensively across the Americas, Asia, and Africa. She specializes in listening closely to travelers’ needs and designing responsible, tailor-made journeys focused on sustainability and authentic local experiences.

Alexandra – Senior Travel Specialist
Experience: 15+ years Born and raised in Quito, Alexandra holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality and brings direct Galapagos cruise industry experience to her role. From early in her career, she worked with leading Galapagos cruise operators, planning and coordinating complex itineraries.
After living in the Galapagos Islands, she joined our local team in 2017 and now helps travelers plan highly personalized Ecuador and Galapagos journeys supported by firsthand destination knowledge.

Diego – Senior Travel Specialist
Experience: 14+ years Diego grew up in the Galapagos Islands after moving from Guayaquil at a young age, developing a deep connection to the archipelago’s wildlife and landscapes. He worked onboard Galapagos cruises in both crew and logistics roles, gaining valuable operational experience.
After relocating to Quito and working as a freelance national tour leader, Diego joined our sales team in 2017 and now designs custom Ecuador and Galapagos itineraries based on real field and operational expertise.

Experience: 13+ years Before joining our team in 2016, Andrea worked in operations for two leading Galapagos cruise companies and a premier Ecuador rainforest lodge. She now leads coordination and logistics, ensuring that every itinerary runs smoothly, accurately, and stress-free.
